The word Tipmra refers to the Armpit of Law Enforcement that issues speeding tickets. Tipmra is armpit spelled backwards.

The Tipmra is the speeding defense copied and sold by many sites, some with fantastic claims that just are not true. Some sites like www.beatmyspeedingticket.com sell the tipmra under license. There is no secret in The Tipmra. It is simply a strategy by which you ask the officer for something that you know the officer does not have. For example in Radar you would ask for certification that the tuning forks used in the radar calibration had been certified within a reasonable period of time. If the officer should happen to have the certificates you would ask for documentation showing that these tuning forks belonged to the radar gun in the car that was used on the day of your arrest. Failure to produce the documentation when asked for in court breaks the chain of foundation as to the evidence, making the evidence against you inadmissible.

For example, few know that  California State Law requires a "Site Speed Survey" that is less then five years old to be presented in court if the defendant asks for it. The Law further states that if the certificate is not produced the case MUST BE DISMISSED. This is also in the Tipmra and it is the  backbone defense of  www.ticketkiller.com. This defense works well in California however in other States the results are mixed because there is no State law, only the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) for judicial guidance. Judges in Traffic court are notorious for summarily dismissing Federal Regulations. It is a good backup to the Tipmra Defense and like a shotgun, two barrels are sometimes better then one.

There are courts where no defense will work because the Judge, the prosecutor and arresting officer are so intertwined and corrupt that any legal argument you bring will be dismissed.  Remember, not all States require the use of a prosecutor in a speeding ticket trial.
