How should I chose a
site for selecting my Defense:
When you plug in "speeding ticket" into any search
engine you get about 100 sites with information to offer. Some have
good information but most are outright scams. If you use some common
sense you should be able to chose the correct site with the best
strategy for you.
A good indicator of a reputable
site:
- It has a lot of free information that makes sense
to you
- It has links to other sites
- It is based on Case Law and explains what case law
is with examples
- You know exactly what the strategy is, what the
pitfalls to the strategy are how it works
- It should provide members access to a on line
pre-paid legal reference library if you want to do further research
A good indicator of a marginal
site:
- It has some free information
- It makes not outrageous claims
- It is based on one of the two proven defenses
(admissibility of evidence and Site Speed Survey)
A good indicator of a Scam Site:
- It provides no information other then it's claims
of success
- It is only a page or two with consistent reference
to "Buy Now!
- It makes outrageous claims
- It says something like 'Simple to follow steps' or
"You just have to fill in certain forms'
- It makes claims such as 'with this system you don't
even have to show up in court'
- It has testimonials (remember testimonials are most
often written by the site webmaster himself)
- It offers a guarantee (no honest person can
possibly guarantee the outcome of a trial)
- Claims 'Insider Secrets' or 'written by a former
Cop'
You can beat a speeding ticket and win in court if you
are willing to do the work, learn a proven defense strategy and apply
the legal principals that are based on case law.
I only have one more site recomend and that is
creditsaver.org. It has a
fantastic method of bringing your credit card interest to almost zero by
utilizing the credit card companies own greed against them. If you want
to turn the tables on the credit card companies, then this is a must. |
